Megan knew ever since she was a young girl that she wanted to be a teacher and help children to love school just as much as she did growing up. She graduated from Ramapo College with both her degree in Psychology and her Teaching Certificate for Elementary Education, and from there immediately jumped into her career as a teacher. Shortly after starting her career, Megan went back to graduate school at Montclair State University to obtain her additional Teacher of Students with Disabilities Certificate so that she could further help her students that are in special education.
Throughout her years as an educator, Megan has worked as both a teacher’s assistant as well as head teacher, gaining a wealth of experience and expertise in both roles. She has worked with many students who have a range of special needs including learning disabilities, autism, behavioral concerns, and more. Currently, she specializes in tutoring Math, Reading, and Writing, but is knowledgeable on all subjects and is eager to help your child become more confident in their skills and flourish this school year!
