Angela Rey, a seasoned piano instructor with over 12 years of experience and 21 years of classical training, offers personalized instruction tailored to each student’s musical aspirations. With a degree from UCLA and training from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, Angela is well-versed in various teaching methods and can adapt her curriculum to suit students of all ages and skill levels. Currently, Angela is also an active member of Batala, a women-founded, Black-led Brazilian percussion ensemble based in New York, enriching her musical repertoire and bringing a vibrant cultural perspective to her teaching. Angela guides her students through diverse musical styles, ensuring a fulfilling and enriching learning experience for all.
