Chad Colacurcio is a NY/NJ-based theater artist who has been teaching for the past 15 years, offering students basic techniques and training in acting, singing, and dancing. In turn, allowing students to master a toolbox of skills that can be applied not only to theater but to everyday life. Chad holds a B.A. in Theater from Kean University, where he focused his studies on contemporary acting, voice, theater for young audiences, modern drama, dance, and playwriting. Along with his passion for teaching and directing, Chad also has a joy for writing, and his work, The Troubles, received the 2023 Bauer Boucher Award from Premiere Stages (New Jersey). Chad is a firm believer that theater has the ability to not only entertain but also educate and inspire people of all ages, helping generations to come find their voice in theater.
