Piano, Cello, Language Tutor (CHINESE and ENGLIGH)
Chialing is a NYC based cellist and pianist. She holds a bachelor’s degree in cello performance and arts management from Indiana University and a master’s of music degree from the New School in cello performance. As an orchestral musician, she has played with Evansville Symphony, Owensboro Symphony, Columbus Philharmonic and Carmel Symphony. She has worked under the baton of Stéphane Denève, Ming Luke, Gary Wedow, Marzio Conti, Rani Calderon, among others. She has had the opportunities to be mentored by members of Pacifica Quartet, Shanghai Quartet, Kronos Quartet, Alisa Weilerstein, members of Cleveland Orchestra, and members of the Metropolitan Opera. In addition to teaching at Anselmo Academy, She is also on the faculty of Wetherby-Pembridge school.
