Violinist Soulbin Lee resides in New York City and is a recent graduate, completing her Bachelor of Music degree from Mannes School of Music studying under Lewis Kaplan and Yibin Li. During summers, Soulbin has continuously engaged in music festivals such as the International Summer Academy Mozarteum, Cremona International Music Festival, and Sesto Rocchi Open Chamber Music Festival. As an orchestral musician, she has been a member of the Toronto Youth Symphony Orchestra and Boston Philharmonic Youth Orchestra. As a BPYO musician, Soulbin has toured in Brazil and around Europe. She also had the opportunity to be the concertmaster of The New School Community Orchestra, conducted under David Hayes. Furthermore, Soulbin is an active chamber musician. As a part of Mannes Quartet, which Soulbin and her colleagues at Mannes formed during their first year, they have given multiple concerts. During the past pandemic year Soulbin has been back home with her family in Korea, where she has been working with the Gangneung Philharmonic Orchestra.
