DARYL REICHENEDER

Daryl grew up in Colorado and attended the University of Colorado where he graduated with degrees in Economics and a Masters of Business Administration. His professional background includes working in a wide variety of industries ranging from banking, to telecommunications to luxury travel and real estate.
While in banking, Daryl played in key role in financing rural cellular telephone loans during the start-up phase of this industry. Credit facilities he worked on typically ranged from $1 million to $175 million.
While in telecommunications, he helped a company in its early growth stage implement formal budgeting, reporting and forecasting to help the company move from its early high growth phase to maturity. He also led teams to reduce operating costs and calculate customer profitability.
He joined another start-up when he moved to the luxury travel industry where he implemented the company’s first formal budget, forecasting and reporting systems and processes. Several years ago, he moved over to dispositions and developed the strategy to rationalize the real estate portfolio and lower operating costs.
In addition to volunteering for the Piano School of New York, he mentors high school students to complete a social good project of their choosing and he is also on the board of the Colorado Blues Society. In his free time, he enjoys camping, hiking, road and mountain biking, skiing and travel.
