HYEWON PARK

Hyewon Park is a South Korean Jazz Composer currently based in New York and Boston. She is an accomplished undergraduate from Berklee College of Music, and she is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Jazz Composition at the Manhattan School of Music.
Hyewon Park was a composer of world renowned Berklee Jazz Concert Orchestra directed by Greg Hopkins, and she was a recipient of Berklee’s Annual Commencement Processional Composition Competition and the Clare Fisher Award from the Harmony and Jazz Composition Department of Berklee. She is actively working as a freelance composer and arranger, taking on gigs from South Korea and the US. Hyewon is also a music assistant and talent scout for the record label So Am I-Worthy. She is well versed in arranging techniques and midi programming and has taken on multiple commissioned projects. Hyewon teaches a wide range of students, from children to adults as a private teacher. She was also a Private Piano Tutor at Berklee College of Music.
