Monica Ban-Gallagher is a professional performer and passionate theater educator from New Jersey, where she currently lives with her husband. She toured nationally and internationally as Trish in Kinky Boots and holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from Montclair State University. Monica also trained at the William Esper Studio and studied improv at the Upright Citizens Brigade.

While her stage experience runs deep, Monica discovered her true calling in the classroom. As a theater teacher, she crafts dynamic, age-appropriate lesson plans that blend acting fundamentals, character development, and scene work in a fun, supportive environment. She thrives on helping students of all ages find their voice, build confidence, and grow through the power of performance.
