My name is Nathaniel Singh, and I am a musician, pianist, producer, performer, and piano teacher with a passion for creating music and sharing it with others. My musical journey includes studying jazz piano through Juilliard Extension, developing my skills in music theory, improvisation, and performance, and creating original music inspired by punk, rock, and alternative sounds.
Live performance has been an important part of my growth as an artist. Performing in front of audiences has taught me how to connect with people through music, build confidence on stage, and communicate emotion through my voice and instruments. My experiences performing live have strengthened my understanding of stage presence, musical expression, and the energy that comes from sharing music with an audience. I enjoy the process of bringing music to life, whether through singing, playing piano, collaborating with other musicians, or performing original songs.
Alongside performing and producing music, I have experience teaching piano at Laurissa Jane Music, where I help students develop their musical abilities, confidence, and creativity. My teaching approach is patient, encouraging, and adaptable to each student’s learning style. I believe music education should go beyond learning notes and techniques; it should give students the freedom to express themselves, explore their interests, and discover their own musical identity. My goal is to combine my experience as a performer and educator to inspire the next generation of musicians while continuing to grow as an artist myself.
