analysis, negotiation ,marketing and technology. Nikki is frequently quoted in media
outlets such as the New York Times, speaks at various conferences internationally and is recognized on industry leadership lists. Nikki was one of the founding advisors of the Park Avenue brokerage office of Engel & Völkers New York City after many years at a leading luxury brokerage firm .
In her spare time Nikki can be found out and about in New York City or traveling the world, most often behind the lens of a camera, be it her iPhone or DSLR, enjoying a fabulous meal, and chasing down a great workout. A classically trained pianist and clarinetist, enjoying and supporting the arts is a lifelong passion. Giving back to the community extends beyond the professional real estate world, into the world in which we live, she served as an officer for many years on the board of directors of Musical Dream. She has also volunteered with several other non-profits, including Special Spectators, and Destination Imagination where she has been a challenge appraiser at the regional, state and international tournaments for over a decade, and puts her spinning obsession to good use participating in Cycle for Survival® and supports Special Olympics. She has remained active with her alumni communities both at Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and the Performing Arts, the ‘FAME’ high school, and at New York University. She is thrilled to join the board of directors of Anselmo Academy of Music & the Arts.
