Richard Bregman is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of MJB Asset Management LLC, an SEC-registered investment advisory firm providing independent investment planning and advice to individuals and company retirement plans. Richard is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Cornell University, a J.D. from George Washington University and an M.B.A. in Finance with honors from New York University. Prior to founding MJB Asset Management in 1997, Richard was a Vice President in the Global Asset Management & Private Banking division of Chase Manhattan Bank (now JP Morgan); before that, he practiced law in New York City for six years. Originally from the Bronx with a subsequent stop in the New York City suburbs, Richard lives with his wife in Manhattan.
