Robin D’souza has been an Engineering Manager at Meta since 2021 where he supports the safety of Instagram’s Search product.

Prior to this, he worked at Bloomberg for 15 years. He managed multiple Engineering teams, working directly with Data, Product and UX teams across the company to transform and simplify client workflows across the entire Bloomberg product suite. A calculated risk taker with deep technical knowledge, Robin championed new innovative workflows for both internal and external customers.

Throughout his career, Robin has built a reputation for collaborating across departments to build and deliver complex solutions and new business ventures.

Outside of work, Robin has volunteered his time providing Finance and Marketing consulting services to non-profit organizations, mentored teens and taught programming to high-school students.

Robin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from New York University.
