Sydney Suemi Miyao is a passionate singer-songwriter, keyboardist, composer, and producer. Originally from Honolulu, Hawaiʻi, Sydney recently graduated with a Masters in Creative Media and Technology, emphasizing in Writing and Design for Musical Theater. They have been teaching piano for three years and are passionate about teaching solid piano foundations and music theory, songwriting, and composition.

Sydney has been active as a keyboardist, playing various sessions as a session pianist, from musical theater to rock to folk. Sydney is also dedicated to education as the Production Manager of the Hawai’i Chamber Music Festival. They help manage the Young Artist Program, which offers full scholarships to young classical musicians across O’ahu to study classical music in chamber settings.
