Vanessa Angeles is an emerging art collector and music enthusiast based in New York City, who travels to Opera houses around the world alongside electronic music events.

Before starting her extensive career in banking, Vanessa experimented with screenwriting, DJing local venues and television production. These brief creative assignments were impactful in her approach to navigating an almost 18-year career leading product and technology teams for U.S. Bank, Webster Bank (formerly Sterling National Bank), Capital One, Sumitomo Mitsui Bank Corp. (SMBC) and HSBC.  

Vanessa has received industry recognition for her Product leadership in 2023 when she was nominated for the inaugural Innovator of the Year Award and in the prior year, was ranked No. 11 on the Most Powerful Women to Watch in Banking by American Banker. 

Beyond professional experience, Vanessa is most passionate about mentorship opportunities and fostering artistic growth for the next generation of New Yorkers.
