Johannes Ravn Hagmund-Hansen is a guitarist, composer, and dedicated educator from Denmark. He holds a Master of Music degree (MM ’25) from the Manhattan School of Music, where he refined both his musicianship and pedagogical approach. Hagmund-Hansen has extensive teaching experience across Denmark and the United States, having worked at multiple music schools as well as in private instruction. A passionate and committed educator, he teaches students of all ages and levels—from young beginners to advanced pre-professional musicians—adapting his methods to meet each student’s individual needs and goals. In addition to his regular teaching positions, he is an active clinician, leading workshops and masterclasses at high schools and conservatories. His teaching emphasizes creativity, improvisation, and strong musical fundamentals, aiming to inspire curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong engagement with music.
