BURCU (BORJA) EROGLU
Burcu (Borja) Eroglu is a corporate attorney with extensive experience advising clients across the art, media, fashion, and technology industries. She began her legal career at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, where she developed a strong foundation in mergers and acquisitions, public company representation, and private equity transactions. She went on to deepen her practice at Frankfurt Kurnit Klein & Selz PC, where she worked closely with founders, investors, and creative businesses on venture financings, cross-border deals, and corporate governance matters.
Burcu later brought her transactional expertise in-house at Christie’s Inc., where she advised on a broad range of legal issues tied to complex consignment deals, commercial agreements, and auctions.
Her approach is grounded in clear communication, practical problem-solving, and a deep respect for the business and creative priorities of her clients. She holds a J.D. from Fordham Law School, is barred in New York (2019), and has a B.B.A. from the University of Massachusetts Amherst; Burcu remains actively engaged in the art law community.
